Shipment

Stock status and dispatch
If an item is in stock, the order is processed and notified for transport no later than the next working day. This means you will receive your desired products as soon as possible.

Optional payment of invoice
In some cases, items may only be dispatched after payment of the invoice. If this applies to your order, you will be informed of this during the checkout process. Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched according to the stock status indicated. Always quote the webshop order number when paying

Partial deliveries
If certain items are out of stock, your order may be sent in partial deliveries. During the ordering process, you will be given the opportunity to indicate whether partial delivery is permitted. If you choose this option, the available items will be sent immediately so that you can receive them quickly. The remaining items will be redelivered as soon as possible. For partial deliveries, Ottevanger may charge double transport costs.

Track and trace
Many of our courier partners, such as DHL and TNT, work with a track and trace system. The track and trace of your webshop order becomes active as soon as our carrier has it available, which is generally when the goods are on their way to you from our warehouse. The track and trace link can be found (if available) under your account details. This gives you full control and allows you to track your order closely.

Orders that are transported as large general cargo or per pallet via truck and/or ship often do not have a track and trace code. We try to reconfirm these orders with an estimated delivery date to your location.
