Items can be ordered via the webshop. Only registered customers can order.

Article cannot be found in the webshop
If an article cannot be found in the webshop, please send an e-mail to services@ottevanger.com with information about the article you are looking for, the quantity required and the location where the articles are to be delivered.

Payment
Payment is made in advance before delivery of the goods or afterwards after delivery of the goods. Ottevanger Services can determine which payment condition applies on the basis of the article or the desired delivery location. During the ordering process, you will find the options and select the desired available option. The payment option applicable to your order will also be stated on the order confirmation and invoice.

You can pay your Ottevanger Services invoice by transferring the amount to the bank account number below, quoting the order and invoice number. Please always state the webshop order number and/or invoice number.

I want to request a copy of my invoice
You can request a copy of your invoice by sending an e-mail to services@ottevanger.com. To send the correct invoice, we would like to receive your full name and date on which you received the original invoice.
